The Golfera ham factory is the most recent purchase of our production plants. Located in Collecchio, nearby Parma, it is based in the territories known for the production of PDO Parma ham.
Here we produce the entire range of our cured hams, thus completing the offer of Italian delicatessen.

Among the flagships of our production, what stands out are the Parma hams and our speciality: the San Valentino ham. A unique cured ham in shape and flavour, produced exclusively with legs of Italian pigs raised according to DOP standards, deboned while fresh before salting, to allow a greater evaporation of moisture. San Valentino ham stands out for its unique taste and for the sweetness of its meat.
