Suppliers
90% of the raw material pork meat comes from domestic suppliers, 50% of which are from Emilia Romagna region. The Internal policy seeks to favour small and medium-sized suppliers located within 100km of our plants.

Almost 60% of the energy requirements come from photovoltaic and co-generator plant that allows the production of electricity and heat at the same time.

New plant to make drinking water “chlorinefree” through the use of ozone. Action that has allowed the company to reduce its water supply from aqueducts by approximately 60%.
Reduced energy consumption
16% reduction in methane gas used in production processes compared to 2022.

Compared to 2022, thanks to the measures implemented, SCOPE11 emissions were reduced by 72%
