Chiara Mortadella PGI 4kg approx

This extremely prestigious mortadella is appetizing and very more-ish, and is made following the traditional recipe, in accordance with PGI regulations.
Velvety smooth and compact when cut, it has an even, bright pink colour, with evenly distributed fatty inclusions that are well incorporated into the mixture. An intense, lightly aromatic fragrance, a delicate taste, and a full-bodied, well-balanced flavour.
