The mixture is made only from carefully selected and proportioned pork cuts, ground to a consistency resembling cooked rice, following Lombardy tradition. Seasoned with salt, crushed black peppercorns, milled white pepper, wine and fresh garlic.
With a harmonious, delicate fragrance, and a light ruby red colour.
