UNCURED ITALIAN MORTADELLA WITH PISTACHIOS

Made according to the traditional recipe, using only the finest cuts of italian pork and pistachios, Chiara is a premium mortadella with an intense and slightly aromatic fragrance and a delicate and well balanced flavor. When sliced it si smooth and velvety, with a bright pink color and evently distributed cubed of fat.
