1. Fresh Wrap Rolls
A tasty and practical option, ideal as a satisfying snack or post-workout bite.
Ingredients: 1 wrap (40g), 30g cow’s milk ricotta, 1 fresh cucumber, black pepper, 5 slices of Bresì Beef.
Method: Spread the ricotta over the wrap, arrange thinly sliced cucumber on top and season with a pinch of black pepper. Roll up the wrap, slice into rounds and finish with tender slices of Bresì Beef.
2. Couscous Bowl with Courgettes
A light, complete meal that is also ideal for lunch at the office.
Ingredients: 70g couscous, 1 courgette, 200g cherry tomatoes, 3 slices of Bresì Beef, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper and turmeric.
Method: Prepare the couscous using the absorption method. Meanwhile, grill the thinly sliced courgette. Combine couscous, vegetables, fresh cherry tomatoes and Bresì Beef in a bowl. Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and a pinch of turmeric.
3. Crispy Potato Taco
An original recipe where the texture of potatoes meets the tenderness of Bresì Beef.
Ingredients: Potatoes, a small amount of grated light cheese, rocket, tomatoes, Bresì Beef, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Method: Slice the potatoes very thinly and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Dry thoroughly and arrange them on a baking tray, slightly overlapping to create a single base. Season with olive oil, salt and a sprinkle of grated cheese, which will melt and help bind the potatoes together during baking. Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven and fill with rocket, tomatoes and slices of Bresì Beef.
4. Multigrain Toast
A classic sports favourite, perfect for a quick lunch or a nourishing break.
Ingredients: Wholemeal or flaxseed bread, avocado, fresh cherry tomatoes, Bresì Beef and extra virgin olive oil.
Method: Toast the bread slices. Top with sliced avocado and fresh cherry tomatoes, then finish with Bresì Beef and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
