Golfetta aces Golfetta

Committed to a continuous improvement as per our mission, we have further enhanced Golfetta’s recipe, reducing the sodium content by 25% compared to the previous version, reaching 50% less sodium than a traditional salami; of course, this achievement has preserved the organoleptic quality of the product itself.
